We Try Civil Disputes.
Plaintiff Side and Defense.

Complex commercial disputes in Florida state and federal courts, across the country, and internationally, through trial when trial is what the case needs.

The Work.

We bring and defend commercial cases in Florida state and federal courts, in courts around the country, in foreign courts, and before domestic and international arbitral panels. Contract and partnership disputes. Fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Trade secret and restrictive covenant fights. Post-closing indemnity and earnout disputes. Real estate and construction litigation, including the entitlement and zoning fights that decide whether a project gets built.

We also bring and defend the claims that arrive multiplied: class and mass actions, consumer protection and fraud claims, products liability, and shareholder, derivative, and director and officer suits.

What We Handle Here.

Complex Commercial and Contract

Contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud and fiduciary claims, and the business divorces that arrive with all three at once.

Class Actions and Mass Torts

We bring and defend nationwide and statewide classes, mass actions, and products liability claims, from the pleading stage through certification and settlement.

Fraud and Consumer Protection

Common law fraud, civil claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and civil RICO, in individual actions and in class actions. We bring these claims and we defend them, including for trustees and receivers pursuing recovery.

Corporate Governance and D&O

Shareholder derivative actions, director and officer liability, and merger challenges, for corporations, boards, officers and their private equity sponsors.

Real Estate and Construction

Development agreements, zoning and entitlement challenges, tax increment financing disputes, construction defect and negligence claims, and the litigation that decides whether a project proceeds.

Cross-Border and International Arbitration

Disputes with parties, evidence or assets abroad, including establishing jurisdiction over foreign manufacturers and suppliers, and arbitration before international panels.
